1. Who we are

This policy covers the website at theyellowbutton.com. The Yellow Button is made by Oliver Lucky Industries Corporation ("OliCorp," "we," "us"). The Yellow Button apps for iPhone and Android have their own privacy details in the App Store and Google Play.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for launch updates. We store the address and the time you signed up. That’s all the form collects.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request details such as IP address, browser type and time of visit to keep the site running and secure.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your address and message so we can reply.

We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind on this site, and it loads nothing from other websites.

3. How we use it

We use your email address only to tell you when The Yellow Button is available, with pricing. We won’t add you to other lists or use it for anything else without asking you first. We use server logs only to keep the site working and safe.

Our legal basis is your consent when you sign up, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website for server logs and replies to your email.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. It’s handled only by the services that run the site:

• Amazon Web Services, which stores the signup list (United States).
• Vercel, which hosts the website (United States).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• Signup list: until you ask us to remove you, or until we stop sending launch updates for The Yellow Button, whichever comes first.
• Server logs: up to 90 days.
• Emails you send us: as long as we need them to reply.

6. Unsubscribing and your rights

Every email we send you will include a link to unsubscribe. You can also email hello@olicorp.us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority.

7. California residents

We collect identifiers (your email address and, in server logs, your IP address). We don’t sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we don’t use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

This site doesn’t track you, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. If we ever add tracking, we will honor those signals and update this page first.

9. Where your data lives

Our services are in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. It travels encrypted (HTTPS), and we take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

10. Children

This site isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change affects how we use your email address, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.
